TITLE: On-Air Assistant Morning Show Producer LOCATION: Vancouver, BC. STATUS: Freelancer (Part Time) ABOUT THE TEAM: This is a rare opportunity to join a long-running, successful Vancouver morning show as the Assistant Morning Show Producer of MOVE 103.5. Get ready to work hard, learn lots and have a blast! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Manage social media posts during the on-air show *Monitor movement of local news/pop culture/social media stories *Produce the daily show podcast *Answer/prep listener calls into the show *Prepare daily contesting CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS: *Tech literate *Savvy with social media *Plugged into pop culture, current topics and trends and able to clearly articulate their ideas *Valid BC Drivers License PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *Basic understanding of Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Audition *Outgoing & eagerness to learn *Ability to leave the studio and go on location in the morning, as required *Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage several tasks simultaneously Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
