The wireless network team designs, builds and operates the best wireless networks, which allow connecting Canadians with each other, across the country, through best services and innovative solutions.  It includes Wireless Home Internet provided over our fixed wireless network, Wireless to the Premise (WTTP).

The WTTP team mission is to be recognized by customers as the best rural internet experience through our products, network and customer support excellence and change lives by connecting Canadians with the best high-speed Internet access.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director, WTTP Mission Team, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate candidate to lead the Customer Experience portfolio within the cross-functional, business units Mission Team environment.  This role is high profile, allow learning many aspects of the network, product and sales business units and is critical to the success of Bell's Wireless Home Internet product.

JOB DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Lead cross-business unit initiatives (BRSB, Field, Customer Ops, Wireless Network Engineering, Big Data/AI) to improve our end to end customer experience; *Develop and implement customer centric KPIs to proactively ensure Best Customer Experience; *Introduce new WHI technologies and innovative service offerings in partnership with Product Management & Wireless Technology teams; *Collaborate with internal Network teams to coordinate and support major network wide initiatives while keeping customer experience front of mind; *Bring a fact-based approach to problem identification and resolution.  Leverage data to drive the right business solutions to help our customers; *Manage the priority of solution development in an Agile framework; *Support 2-3 direct reports.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

*University degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent professional experience in telecommunications; *Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role; *Fast learner, eager to acquire, develop critical skills in Wireless networks and 5G technologies; *Experience with Agile methodology and implementation of Scrum framework; *Adaptable to changing and complex situations; *Ability to collaborate with others to solve complex problems; *Ability to build and foster relationships with technical, sales, and marketing based backgrounds, with strong influence, persuasion and leadership; *Strong team player, with ability to get things done on a tight timeline;

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
