The Strategic Planning & Assessments team is on a mission to give great ideas, the momentum they need to come to life. The team helps turn early concept ideas into clear visions with specific IT requirements, detailed end-to-end customer experience journeys, and expected outcomes.

THE ROLE

The Strategic Planning & Assessments team is looking for a curious, organized, and passionate person who is capable of understanding the details critical for success in a project and who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Assessments, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring new project ideas and concepts are articulated clearly to the respective IT, project, and delivery teams. They will partner closely with internal teams such as Mobile Devices and Logistics, Retail, Marketing, Product, Pricing, IT, and external vendors to assess the viability of various ideas and customer experiences. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Diving deep into current mode of operation (CMO) to understand business problems and opportunities *Leading and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to generate new ideas & solutions *Collaborating with experts and document ideas *Mapping out end to end customer journeys and experiences *Clearly articulating requirements to technical audiences (i.e. IT)  *Brainstorming with IT and other vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements   *Organizing and tracking multiple project cost assessments on a weekly basis

KEY COMPETENCIES

*University degree, college diploma and or related work experience- *Experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of the organization to technical and non-technical audiences (verbal, written, presentations) *Capable of taking high level concepts and mapping out into key deliverables *Effective project management skills and ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency *1-3 years in the telecommunications industry *Project manager or business analyst experience, an asset *Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
