POSITION: Production Unit Assistant, Entertainment Group, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***

JOB STATUS: Regular- Full Time

LOCATION: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Inc. - 299 Queen St, W. Toronto

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week.  Overtime as required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Assist the Production and Unit Manager's with the coordination of daily entertainment programs *Coding and tracking of invoices and timesheets to ensure timely processing *Reconcile and track multiple credit cards and cash expenses *Prepare and execute talent ACTRA contracts and track talent appearances as they relate to ACTRA *Prepare monthly ACTRA report of production usage for finance *Liaise with production teams to ensure that in-house facilities are scheduled effectively and prepare daily or weekly production schedules *Coordination of travel bookings for daily shows *Track staff vacations for multiple production units *Assist with bookings of program records and news feeds *Other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines *Must be detail oriented and a team player *Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to be adaptable and flexible in various situations *Post-secondary education or equivalent *0 - 3 years' experience in television production *Computer processing skills, including Microsoft, Word, Excel and other related computer programs. *Respect for confidentiality

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
