Technical Recruiter  

Are you an experienced Recruiter who has a knack to source talents with diverse requirements? 

Are you someone who loves to create recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs?  

Are you someone who is known to have good resources, database and pipeline?  

The Technical Recruiter will report directly to the Manager, Recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible to identify/screen/qualify candidates for programming positions. The role is looking for a seasoned practitioner who can mine talent pool, navigate employment landscapes, and execute web and social media campaigns in quest of the right talent. Priorities are within the Development/IT environment. 

You will have an opportunity to: 

Sourcing, resume screening, interview process and evaluate top level talent in the Development/ IT  

Create sourcing strategies with recruitment partners and managers to achieve short- and long-term hiring needs 

Manage job postings on Quantrics' Website, Recruitment portals and other Recruitment channels 

Introduce and supervise testing of candidates as part of interview process 

Understand programming concepts and programming terms  

Manage and create analysis reports related to sourcing and recruitment on an executive approach 

Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description and testing 

Organize and execute job fairs, job caravans, open house recruitment and Employee Referral events  

Attend regular meetings with the Stakeholders and ensure regular updates on the DOD project 

Build strong technical talent pipeline and a comprehensive reporting structure for proper visibility and updates 

Create reports and presentation to HM and Stakeholders 

Participate in Technical conventions and networks with IT professionals 

Adhoc tasks, as required 
 
You will be a great fit on our team if… 

Ability to understand technology and programming 

2  yrs technical and corporate recruitment experience will be an asset 

College graduate or above is an asset 

Knowledgeable with Programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, ASP.NET and Software Development tools such as iOS and Android 

Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential 

Outstanding written and in-person English communication, interpersonal and client presentation abilities 

Willing to work Full Time hours in a 24/7 operation. Shifts will vary based on requirements (possible evening, weekend and holiday work may be required)
