As a Senior Manager, Process & Experience (OMNI Transformation) you will lead a team of dedicated team members, build effective cross functional relationships, craft and support the strategy and projects related to OMNI channel roadmap to connect channels and digitally transform the customer purchase journey. You posses advanced critical thinking skills to synthesize information and make optimal choices to transform the business and work with internal and external vendors to develop solutions aimed at maximizing growth and improving user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Lead and support a team of high performance team members *Manage and lead the strategy of end-to-end business projects along with supporting roadmaps from inception to completion *Responsible to bridge the gap between business and technology while managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects *Responsible for maintaining alignment across various business units & presenting information to different levels of the organization *Follow Bell Mobility Capital Governance process to document and track project scope, time and budget *Provide regular project status update reports to Project Team and Senior Leadership *Creation of interlocked take to market plan with cross-functional business units to ensure success as last mile delivery of strategic initiatives *Manage on-going program and project capital, monthly and quarterly forecasts and development and tracking of key program KPIs and benefits.

COMPETENCIES

*Ability to lead strategic initiatives with agility to operate in a fast paced environment *Extensive Project/Program Management experience in managing critical project milestones in complex environments (including budget and timeline management, scope management, clear roles & responsibilities, user design stories, risk management, issues management, timely decision making, critical path identification, business transformation, etc.) *Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency *Ability to effectively lead, inspire and influence team of dedicated professionals *Willingness to try new things, innovate and do things differently *Very comfortable with ambiguity and constant change *Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills to support business case modelling and ability to measure outcomes with a methodical approach. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver effective executive level presentations *Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time *Understanding of service design principles & customer centric approaches is an asset

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

*Post-secondary education including university degree/college diploma or equivalent experience *5 years of project, business strategy or consulting experience leading transformational initiatives *Track record of leading people directly or indirectly to achieve common goals *Knowledge of physical retail industry, digital and direct channels *Proven ability to apply a range of recognized methods to manage scope, time, cost, quality, communication and risks *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  *Project Management Institute Certified (PMP) and any relevant courses is an asset *Knowledge of telecommunications products and services

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
