As the marcom prime, supporting our key solution areas - with specific accountability for our strategic Network & Security practices, you are an energetic and creative Marketing Communications professional and storyteller that can articulate our unique, customer-centric story through compelling and innovative content, creative and collateral.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Elevate Bell through differentiation and unique business value by leveraging robust value propositions and the BBM story to create customer-centric content and assets. *Manage all content production and creative services to support our Network and Security practices - including programs and campaigns, mandatory communications, web content, events, lead nurture content and sales enablement tools. *Draw on inspiration from our internal creative team along with external agencies to create innovative, on-brand content to support demo videos, emails, social, blogs and Bell.ca. *Work closely with the Solutions Marketing team to understand marketing strategy and content requirements, value propositions and key differentiators to translate into compelling communications.  *Work closely with our Advertising and Campaign Management team to coordinate the development and delivery of content and creative to support campaigns. *Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with multiple stakeholders including Brand, Legal, Editorial and Solutions Marketing teams. *Continually raise the bar on development of compelling, data-driven storytelling with a customer focus. *Bring new creative insights to the table - exploring new and innovative communications tactics to reinforce differentiation and business value. 

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

*5 years of communications experience with focus on B2B, collateral development, advertising, digital and direct marketing. *University degree an asset, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. *Exceptional writing/editing skills. *Proven storyteller; adapting messages to specific audiences. *Project management skills and experience in executing multiple communication projects simultaneously. *Ability to convert complex briefs and content into simple, customer-centric communication materials. *Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a high pressure environment. *Knowledge and experience with Buyers Journey, persona development, Lifecycle Marketing. *Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools, digital marketing campaigns and marketing technologies an asset. *Strong customer focus, team player, innovative and self-motivated.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
