Our team is currently looking for a Senior Manager - Demand Planning and Forecasting to provide insights into the growth of the mobility business for wireless postpaid and prepaid services. The incumbent will be responsible to forecast the growth of our business and to extract insights and trends from results and market modelling. The individual will also collaborate with internal partners to gain an understanding of what is happening in the market to provide an accurate outlook on the business. This opportunity plays an integral role in decision-making at multiple levels of management.

The successful candidate will be accountable to provide the president of Bell Mobility and the senior executive team with weekly updates (2x a week) on the results and outlook of the wireless business as well address ad hoc requests that may come through. If you possess a strong analytical background, experience in data gathering,  pay close attention to detail, work well under tight timelines, able to communicate effectively to senior leadership and have a proven track record of successful delivery, this role will provide you with an exciting and dynamic environment to work and grow in.

JOB DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Prepare growth outlook for the Postpaid and Prepaid wireless business on a weekly basis *Identify the channels where the growth of the business will come from *Work with business partners to capture appropriate modelling inputs *Actively participate in forecasting and planning exercises; Manage ad-hoc requests *Recommend, initiate and implement modelling forecasting improvements (Leverage AI Automation?) *Present key findings to stakeholders; Ensure outputs are delivered accurately and within timelines

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

*Strong attention to detail *Strong technical skills, specifically advanced Excel *Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced working environment, and work under pressure *Strong organizational and time management skills to handle changing priorities *Ability to deal with multiple levels in the organization and adapt communication style for the audience *University Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar field *SAS, SQL, VBA, BI or AI experience is considered an asset *Telecom experience is considered an asset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
