The Bell Residential Services Acquisition Marketing team is currently seeking qualified candidates, for the position of Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing - Household. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with strong marketing knowledge and a demonstrated success delivering big wins.

The Senior Manager will be the lead in developing the plan to improve Mobility & Internet penetration of households within the BRS footprint. Success in this role is a combination of marketing segmentation, analysis and insight, strategic planning, and channel development. This position will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional marketing, product, and channel teams to provide detailed and actionable plans and recommendations to drive results. It is critical this position works collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver a long term, forward looking plan.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Development of quarterly household marketing plans to achieve the portfolios business goals
*Work collaboratively with Mobility to develop the household roadmap and drive senior leadership engagement on critical decisions, including:

*Marketing planning *Data segmentation *Governance Results & Reporting *Integration of IT/Process enhancements *Project and Program integration to optimize investment in new tools and capabilities
*Understand the market through market analysis, input from sales and operations and competitive intelligence to generate the share insights about our target audiences needs, priorities and challenges *Work collaboratively with customer Insights, product, sales channels, customer experience team and other stakeholders to build the right messaging, positioning, and pricing to appeal to the target audience *Manage key seasonal campaigns with household focus - Back to school, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week *Track progress through performance dashboards and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership *Lead, manage, coach and inspire a talented team of marketers an create a culture of passion, knowledge and excitement around our products

CORE COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

*University degree in a business discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years experience *Business experience in marketing management, preferably in the telecommunications, banking and technology sector *Strategic planning execution and measurement skills *An appetite for solving complex challenges, and the ability to work well in ambiguity *Ability to build strong relationships and influence across the organization *Experience in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities as required *Results oriented and resourceful *Excellent presentation skills *A proven leader who is committed to grow and develop high performance teams

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
