The Sales Operations team plays an essential role in driving Sales efficiency and productivity through our leadership in pre-sales process optimization, governance and strategic projects. JOB DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

*Lead a national team of sales support managers *Engage with, Invest in, train, and coach all team members *Support employee in their personal and professional development (e.g., objective setting, performance appraisals, training plans, organization and process changes, incentive plan and salary reviews, etc.). *Drive each of his/her sub-teams towards continuous process improvement. *Identify and recruit high potential talent to backfill departures and create a leadership pipeline. *Act as a mentor/coach to team resources. *Complete Performance Reviews with each team member. *Conduct regular meetings with employees to ensure up to date and consistent knowledge of team and corporate activities.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:

*8-15 years working experience  *5 years of Management experience  *Broad knowledge of BBM organization, the various departments and their  *Financial and business related acumen  *University Degree preferred (ideally Business or Engineering) or relevant experience in telecommunications *Strong team spirit and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple projects *Proven ability to build effective relationships with partners and customers

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
