Senior Manager, Business Analytics

Senior Manager - Business Analytics Are you a leader who can analyze complex and messy data? Are you someone who has the passion to create and recommend process improvements? Do you have excellent reporting and presentation skills? As the Senior Manager - Business Analytics, you will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations where you will spend most of your time with reports and analytics. The Senior Manager will be responsible for accurate data collection, modeling and analysis. You should come with above average Agent Suite knowledge as well as a proven record of ensuring a high level of accuracy and correlative insight. A strong action planning background and a keen eye for detail is an absolute must! You will have an opportunity to: * Coach, mentor, and serve as lead for Reporting and Analytics team * Develop and lead projects or programs using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques, performance dashboards & metrics to improve operations performance, quality and program compliance. * Create lean, intelligent and savvy operational reports to communicate results and business impact to stakeholders Can transform raw and highly complex data to simple and easy to understand executive level dashboards * Project manage merging of various data sets across multiple systems for analysis purposes * Deploy and document all necessary reporting per business needs * Ensure that all reporting productivity and timelines are met on a regular basis You will be a great fit on our team if: * Has at least 10 years' experience in Analytics or related field * Has at least 5 years experience as Senior Manager Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel (Vlookups, count ifs, sum ifs) * Must have Operations Management experience (Team Leader or above) * Agent Suite "savvy" * Strong performance management skills * Good command of the English language, both verbal and written Dependable and respectful of confidentiality and policies * Excellent organizational skills * High attention to detail * College or University degree (with diploma) is preferred If this role sounds interesting to you, please click apply.
