Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Communications

We love to innovate, embrace big challenges, and live for the newest technology The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications will champion communications from strategy through to development and execution, supporting Bell Mobility's goals and objectives. This is a fast paced role and requires the candidate to have a high degree of digital knowledge, project management experience and is someone who takes initiative and is proactive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *You will have the opportunity to execute the development of marketing programs from creative development through to production for communications *Lead the development of all communication mediums including: emails, SEM, online ads, direct mail, social, mobile, videos, blog posts and flyer *Work with outside agencies, internal marketing teams and the central Bell.ca operations and analytics team *Follow market dynamics and trends to ensure the marketing programs are relevant and deliver the expected results *Gather and review analytics and identify incremental enhancements to achieve objectives *Develop detailed marketing communication briefs for the agency *Deliver post mortems with results, analysis and recommendations for future marketing programs *A chance to input on new opportunities to grow the market, demonstrating a strong understanding of the competitive and industry landscape ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: *University degree with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline *Passionate about both digital marketing and traditional marketing *Possess 6 years experience in business to business marketing using multiple mediums, with at least 5 years in online marketing communications *Experience developing marketing communications material including writing briefs; and strong creative assessment ability is an asset *Demonstrated ability to project manage and work as part of a cross functional team *Naturally analytical and proactive *Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills *Possess very strong attention to detail and highly organized *Solid partnering and creative problem solving skills *Flexibility and the ability to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving environment PREFERRED SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES: *Experience working at a marketing agency or marketing department *Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or other technology Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
