JOB STATUS: Regular Full Time

ROLE:

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** seeks a professional and discreet programming administrative assistant with solid general administrative skills who would like to work in a stimulating environment. The assistant will provide administrative and technical support while protecting the confidentiality of information. This includes producing various documents and drafting correspondence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative support to management:

*Provide administrative and clerical support (correspondence, calendar management, filling, etc.) *Organize, coordinate and provide logistics for meetings *Make travel arrangements and hotel reservations for the general director of programming *Expense account management *Attend executive committee meetings and write the minutes *Draft letters, memos, work documents and various reports *Follow up on various administrative files

QUALIFICATIONS:

*A sense of initiative *Ability to set priorities *Organizational and planning skills *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Ability to draft various letters and memos, both internal and external *Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint *Respect for confidentiality/discretion *Must demonstrate professionalism *Must have high ethical standards *Bilingualism, French, and English (read, written, spoken, a spelling assessment test will be completed)

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
