About the role We are looking for a diverse range of individuals; whether you want to try something new or develop your career further, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Officer , you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing support and information on our LPG ( Liquefied petroleum gas) and natural gas products. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-channel environment, resolving customer enquiries via phone, email, webchat and social media channels. Training, training, training! Our paid 4 week, comprehensive, fun training program is designed to lead you to success. It provides the knowledge, skills and confidence to support you in your new role. To excel in this role, you have: Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. The want and ability to thrive in a corporate and professional working environment. Robust and relevant computer and keyboard skills. The competence to multi-task and share team responsibilities to maintain prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.
