About the role As a Sales Support Officer , you will provide professional, timely and accurate support to the Sales Team through critical administrative functions. This role requires you to be well-organised, self-motivated, resilient, able to work independently, and a strong team player and collaborator. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role, working alongside friendly and hardworking team members. In this varied and exciting role, your key responsibilities will include the following: Understand the importance of providing effective customer support troubleshooting for our natural gas and electricity business customers. Coordinating the new business and re-sign process to ensure accurate and seamless delivery. Provide end-of-month reporting for Kleenheat’s management team. Creation of new accounts and distribution of relevant documentation. Keep accurate and timely records of all Wins and Pending Contracts. Liaising with the Network Operator to ensure timely and effective customer service Provide a range of administrative support to our Sales Team. Keep safety a priority in the workplace. To excel in the role, you’ll need the right mix of skills and experience, which for this position means: High level of attention to detail. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ambition, along with the ability to self-motivate. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to deliver expected outcomes working autonomously and as part of a team.
