About the
role
As the Digital Marketing
Lead you will provide marketing operations and digital marketing
support to help the marketing team achieve its strategic objectives
in the pursuit of effectively positioning Kleenheat in the market
and meeting customer acquisition and retention targets.
As a digital marketing
all-rounder, you will help coordinate and manage digital
advertising and website changes while also assisting with the
rollout of new software tools, and provide digital marketing and
marketing analytics support.
Your key
responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the development of the digital marketing strategy (including management of bespoke campaigns).
Develop and manage digital advertising, including but not limited to SEM, Paid Search, Display and Paid Social Media, PPC, retargeting, etc for ongoing activity and campaigns.
A/B Testing and agile approach to test and learn.
Manage digital campaign optimisation led by in-depth analysis and reporting, including conversion rates and ROI.
Working closely with agency partners to implement campaign changes.
Competitor tracking and analysis of their digital footprint (i.e. keywords, messages/creative in market).
Providing assistance to other Marketing team members on campaigns and projects.
To excel in the
role you’ll require the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital, Communications or business related discipline, or relevant industry experience in a similar position is required.
Minimum four years’ experience in an advertising or marketing environment with responsibility for digital components of the marketing function.
Extensive experience in the interpretation of web analytics reports, preferably from Google Analytics and usage of GA4, including utilising dashboards.
Exposure to a wide range of digital marketing tools and the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute creative ideas.
Capability in Microsoft Office is essential.
Experience with workplace collaboration tools (eg. Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp).
