About the
role
If you are
a zestful individual looking to kickstart your career or to leave
behind your typical retail, financial, automotive or real estate
role, come and join our vibrant and fast-paced Customer Service
Team as our newest Kleenheat Residential Sales
Officer.
As the
Residential Sales Officer you will be responsible for selling the
company’s products / services to residential natural gas
customers. To achieve this you will provide input into the
effective strategies associated with customer retention, win-back
and the generation of leads for new Kleenheat customers.
In
this varied and interesting role, your key responsibilities will
include:
Contacting existing and previous Natural Gas Residential customers to retain or win-back their business.
Achieving set sales targets and objectives.
Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Ensuring that clients understand all aspects of the product.
Achieving set sales targets and objectives.
Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies which provide opportunities to improve the business.
To
excel in the role you’ll need the right mix of skills and
experience, which for this position means:

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey and explain information both verbally and in writing.
