Quality Coordinator-Company Management System
Bergen, NY

Administration of Company Management System (CMS)
Contribute to efficient work processes and continuous improvement
Provide support and training related to areas of responsibilities
CMS and document control
Act as Super User of CMS applications (database and web) and give access to CMS administrators
Communicate with IT and suppliers of CMS applications
Provide training and support to CMS administrators and end-users of CMS
Quality control and upload of new and revised documents to CMS
Maintain master document lists
Assist in establishment of CMS for new units
Coordinate/participate in continuous improvement processes related to CMS and document control
Assist in mapping of work processes
Coordinate back-office CMS support
QHSE support
Assist in AoC/HSE Case applications and updates
Assist in purchasing of QHSE material (i.a. handbooks and posters) and other products/services
Update QHSE site on Pulse
Additional tasks as required
Qualifications Required:
Higher education (BSc or equivalent) and documented solid experience within quality management, including document control and improvement processes. Long relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education
Very good IT qualifications / MS Office applications
Accurate and systematic with high quality standards
Fluent in English, both oral and written
High level of personal integrity
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Pro-active, efficient and flexible
Capable of delivering quality on time
