Our Mechanical Handling Services (MHS) division offers integrated capabilities in cranes and lifting operations, remote handling systems and hydraulic or fluid power engineering solutions.

We have an opportunity for a Resource Estimator to join our MHS team in Henderson. The successful candidate will be primarily based in our client’s central CBD offices. Very broadly, this position will be responsible for supporting the delivery of mechanical and hydraulic services to our offshore clients, through both technical capability and the ability to develop strong, effective client relationships.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring work is resourced in accordance with business processes
Asset maintenance work order creation, resourcing and scrutiny
Updating of SAP for work team/s
Coordination and implementation of forecasted resource requirements
Review and update of resource estimates at work order close out
Accurate revision coding and meeting of execution windows
Development and preparation of work packs, preparation of work requests
Oversee accuracy and currency of material and inventory data
Preventative maintenance and management of change SAP entries
Ideally we're looking for a trade qualified maintenance expert, who has had extensive plant experience in the oil and gas industry; and specifically with cranes, lifting equipment and diesel/hydraulic machinery.

Other key skills and experience include:
Strong project management or planning experience
Working knowledge of SAP or similar
The ability to work autonomously, and to communicate appropriately with key stakeholders
Strong computer skills
Able to make sound decisions under pressure
