Junior Business Analyst
We are looking for an entry-level business analyst with a digital mindset, and a desire to help project driven organizations improve their project execution capabilities through innovative software tools and work processes. You will be working in a collaborative project environment implementing, configuring and customizing our Pims project management software for our customers. Pims is our flagship Project Information Management System product suite, and we are experiencing increased demand for our products and services in Houston and globally. Our customers typically execute projects ranging from tens of millions to $10 billion, and rely on our software and services to help manage their projects. Primary Responsibilities - Analyzing and evaluating the current project management business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement - Become an expert on our Pims software tools and work processes to be able to help companies successfully execute their projects - Presenting projects, products, ideas and findings in meetings - Producing training materials and perform training - Assisting technical staff with implementation needs, including process clarifications, test case preparation and execution, when necessary. - Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs - Developing projects and monitoring project performance - Developing reports Collaborating with users and stakeholders Qualifications Required - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, construction management, business administration or related field - Excellent computer and analytical skills - Excellent English communication skills - Only applicants who are authorized to work in the US, without company sponsorship, on a full-time, permanent basis will be considered.
