Completions Coordinator

Tasks & responsibilities Key interface with EPC Package Managers, Engineers and Sub-contractors in gathering verification and validation records for upload to the completions management application Completions management application tracking and reporting Coordinate and facilitate final walk-downs of Systems and/or Sub-systems for punch listing Compile Construction Verification/Mechanical completion dossiers for handover from Construction to Commissioning and assist with Turnover Dossiers Manage, perform, review and distribute Project Master Punch list. Monitor work scopes for completion progress Review and provide As-constructed and Redline Mark-up deliverables for issue to EPC Engineering Qualifications & experience Degree qualified or Trade Certified in Engineering or related discipline 10 Years experience in Greenfield Mining or Resources Projects 5 Years experience utilising an industry recognised Completions / Commissioning System / Application. (Omega Pims CMS Preferred) Experience in testing mechanical, piping and/or electrical systems in accordance with Australian and/or equivalent international standards.
