Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney
Dallas, TX Law firm is seeking Staff Attorney for consumer financial representation. The ideal candidate will be an outcomes focused professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent conflict resolution skills, and be proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high volume case loads. Attorney will perform virtual and in person client meets, conducting fact finding interviews, confirm eligibility and attend court hearings as needed. Candidate will be able to quickly adapt and become proficient with case management software, and digital recordkeeping. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) attorneys preferred. Offices located in Dallas, Hurst, and San Antonio. Looking for 1 attorney in each location. Duties include but not limited to: Prepare appropriate documentation for filings in accordance with established procedures and general rules Communicate legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner Research, retrieve and update appropriate information in clients' case files as needed Respond to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business through email, text and calls Docket hearings and resolution Draft and ECF file responses as needed Qualifications and Skills Juris Doctorate Licensed to Practice Law Entry level or experienced attorney Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong analytical skills/attention to detail Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred Efficient with Technology Characteristics Self Motivated to work in a fast paced environment and meet/exceed priority deadlines Integrity Passion for Helping People while maintaining confidentiality and business ethics in all matters Positive and professional demeanor at all times Problem solving to improve on quality and efficiency Benefits: Partially paid Medical benefits Employee paid vision/dental/life insurance/disability 3% 401K match Profit Sharing Pension Plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Dallas, TX 75206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: Bar (Preferred) Work Location: In person |
