Paralegal

We are seeking a full-time litigation paralegal with a minimum of 5-7 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience. This position will assist the attorney in all aspects of preparation for personal injury litigation from case inception through closing. This position is responsible for the coordination of all correspondence, research, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case. Responsibilities: Candidate will be expected to provide support to dedicated attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial; Assist attorney(s) with daily tasks such as drafting documents, filing documents, organizing files, client communications, scheduling, etc. Assist attorney(s) to settle claims, draft pleadings and litigation activities. Qualifications: 5-7 years of significant and substantive litigation experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal. Working knowledge and competency with case management software: knowledge of Smart Advocate a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage a heavy workload. Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Excellent computer skills. High degree of professionalism.
