The ideal candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing and corporate recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Innovairre has adopted a hybrid office/work policy for a majority of its employees.  The location for this role is flexible, however the preference would be someone based anywhere in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zones.

Objectives of this Role

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Collaborates with HR team members to ensure a consistent and positive experience for candidates, new hires and business partners
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
Assist with creation and promotion of employment branding initiatives, including maintenance of the company careers site.
Maintain tracking of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Maintain offer letter templates and facilitate creation of offers.
Analyzes retention reports in effort to reduce turnover
Continuously partner with Human Resources team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Act as a representative at career fairs, university recruitment events and trade schools.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resource management (or related field)
5 years' experience in recruitment.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience as an internal recruiter responsible for not only recruitment activities but managing forecasting, hiring approval processes, onboarding of candidates, etc.
Knowledge of various compensation plans and ability to explain compensation to candidates.
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of job boards/internet search, HR recruiting platforms and candidate management systems.
Must possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal oversight while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed.
