Associate Attorney Role: Direct client contact Structuring and drafting entity and transaction documents Develop business transactions expertise including private securities offerings, acquisitions, tax-based transaction planning, and contracts 150 billable hours/month expectation Qualifications: Admitted to the Texas Bar or sitting for the August 2021 exam Outstanding legal writing skills Benefits: 401K with employer contributions (after waiting period) Medical, dental, vision, life, and short term disability insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) is available Annual bonus Covered parking
