Our Atlanta office is seeking an attorney with 3 years of litigation experience. This position will cover a variety of litigation areas including bad faith, premises liability, construction defect, transportation, and professional liability. This is an opportunity to join an extremely collegial team that prioritizes work-life balance. There is a strong preference for a candidate with prior defense experience. Experience with trials, depositions, and expert discovery is also strongly preferred. A current Georgia bar license is required.
