Receptionist / Marketing Assistant
Savannah, GA The ideal candidate has a warm, engaging, big personality and presents a polished, professional appearance. This person will be the fact of the firm - the first person a caller talks to and the first person greeting those coming in the door. He or she is confident (easily talks with others and can receive coaching without taking constructive criticism personally). The person must be comfortable with a sales/marketing atmosphere and duties while also be concerned about providing an outstanding client experience. Finally, this is an estate planning, elder law, and special needs law firm. However, we don't operate like a traditional law firm but more like a tech start-up. An attorney in this office, in fact, was named one of the ABA's Techi-est Lawyers. Our office systems are cutting edge in the legal world, evolve constantly, and require a high level of comfort with technology (accompanied by a detail-oriented nature).
