We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative-Receptionist based in our Birmingham, AL office. This is a full-time position and reports to the Vice President of Sales. Summary The successful candidate for this role will be part of a dynamic and customer driven team providing Retail Partner and Consumer support through direct phone calls and email. You will support a broad set of requests related to end user experience questions, issues regarding defectives, supporting store requests and retailer customer service center requests. In addition, this role serves as our Plantation Patterns receptionist in the corporate office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following with other duties as assigned: Handles all incoming customer service phone calls to company service line Handles all incoming emails and retail partner vendesk requests Generates and tracks replacement and sample orders in SAP system Provides administrative support to company account managers as needed Handle all receptionist requirements on site at corporate office Requirements/Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires a minimum of two (2) years experience within a customer service and/or sales support role. Significant use of Microsoft Office is required. A moderate skill level in Excel and PowerPoint Required. SAP knowledge a plus.
