Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner

The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partners is responsible for inspiring, leading and developing Human Resources support across assigned client base globally. The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partners will be responsible for partnering with assigned senior leaders, including ELT members, and for managing and developing Global HRBPs reporting to them.
This role also works with the EVP Human Resources in managing and aligning the Business Partner function: engaging, developing, and advising the team.
As an HR leader with Global HRBPs reporting to them the VP HRBP understands the HR function’s role and the value-added expectations of the Business Partner role within the global context of the company and their unique opportunities to positively contribute to the company’s financial metrics; the Vice President leads change and actions to achieve this.
The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partners will be responsible for helping to drive the company’s cultural values, compliance (local jurisdiction; corporate; regulatory), retention, employee engagement, function efficiency and effectiveness.
This person is expected to have a global perspective and an ‘international reflex’; aware of differences across jurisdictions; not assuming all things can be implemented in the same way across the world; guiding leaders accordingly; collaborating with team expertise and resources.
The Vice President has ownership for their own client groups and leads the daily strategic and operational execution of human resources activities in support of, and aligned with, business objectives across all locations for the SBU/Function in collaboration Global and Regional HRBPs and center's of expertise.

Knowledge and Experience
Relevant Human Resources Business Partner experience: strategic, trusted advisor across multiple service lines and regions
Numerous years of experience in roles with international responsibility
Significant experience managing teams spread across multiple locations in a global, matrixed organization; directing teams and projects
Prior service provider industry, consulting, or CRO experience, preferred
Business experience (budget management) preferred
Proven track record of driving process improvement into the human resources function driving efficiency and effectiveness
B.S. or B.A. level education preferably but not necessarily in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related discipline.
Advanced degree: Masters / MBA level education preferred.
Higher graduate studies in business or HR discipline preferred
