Supervise a workforce of direct hire and contractor personnel, scheduling of manpower, work load, and priorities to support business requirements
Engage in constant communication with customer (internal and external), management, and personnel to ensure requirements are met in a timely manner
Maintain 100% accountability of assigned equipment; to include preparing and submitting LDD documentation as required for broken equipment.
Manage assets to ensure supplies are available in a manner that will ensure a continuous flow of training as required
Complete maintenance and administrative forms and other paperwork related to performance of duties
Provide platform instructional duties as required
Able to obtain Stryker Instructor Certifications
Travel to Stryker NET sites to support training and coordination with supported units.
Perform individual and collective counseling to employees on a regular basis
Ensure continuous improvement and compliance to ISO, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Lean Six Sigma
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Minimum Job Requirements
Must have 2 to 5 years related supervisory work experience.
Associates degree from an accredited school in a related business or technical discipline required. In lieu of Associates degree the equivalent combination of education, technical training, directly related work or military experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication (verbal and written) and supervisory skills.
Computer literate, must be capable of using MS suite of Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Should be familiar with web access/internet connections, computer literacy in Lotus Notes is desirable. Ability to manage electronic files, archive, and retrieve upon request.
Experience directly related to position such as leading/supervising personnel in a training environment, strong hands-on experience in NET operations are required.
Candidates should be able to obtain and maintain a US Passport/Visa, and a corporate credit card for travel purposes
Travel to remote CONUS/OCONUS locations on short notice to support operations.
Must meet and maintain deployment requirements, as business needs necessitate and must be able to obtain base access per military installation requirements
Must meet and maintain ASR requirements
Must be able to successfully pass and maintain USG PM Stryker OPNET certification on basic variant within 6 months of accepting position.
Must be able to successfully pass and maintain NACI background to obtain CAC (common access card)
