Job Description
Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director Talent Acquisition Supervises: 0 Status: Exempt Purpose of the Job The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the administration of talent acquisition systems utilized in the identification of qualified candidates for job openings with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Coordinates various aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding with the company. Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to managers to ensure they are technically qualified as well as fit culturally within the organization • Support the administration of candidate assessment vendor – PeopleAnswers. This includes managing user access, serving as the point of contact for questions, and performing routine maintenance on the system; sending out assessment requests to candidates, running reports from the vendor site, and preparing data for annual reporting • Create and place Employment Advertising in various media • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and internal resources • Make all travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates, to include putting together Welcome to Bell gift baskets for out-of-town guests • Create and distribute interview schedule for all corporate interviews, and distribute to stakeholders • Assist other human resources team members with new hire documents into Workday in order for pre-boarding process to commence • Assist with new hire orientation, completion of I-9, drug and background screening, create new hire kits for each new corporate employee • Manage database of apartment association job fairs and community college job fairs • Responsible for administering the onboarding process • Audit monthly invoices and manage the approval process • Coordinate company sponsored job fairs and other recruitment related events Additional Functions and Responsibilities • Additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must have strong leadership and management skills required; both principles and people • Strong verbal/written communication skills required • Must be flexible, energetic and self-motivated, quick-thinking, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization • Must be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently, with minimal supervision • Must maintain strict confidentiality in all matters, and have the willingness and ambition to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities • Must have a desire to provide excellent support • Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Applicant Tracking Software Education and Background: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline required • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related field performing process and detail-oriented work. Prior recruiting or sales experience is preferred
