Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Senior Systems Administrator in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer’s success is driving our growth.

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for providing a full range of IT support services to customer activities including client/server services. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of Server and Client functions in Windows Server 2012R2/2016 and Windows 10 environments including Active Directory, DNS, GPO’s, PKI and Auditing. Extensive experience in Information Assurance in support of ICD-503 compliance as it relates to building client images for deployment, and Tier 1 – 3 support.

Experience with RAIDs, SANs, High Availability, Backup and Disaster Recovery.
Configuration, migration and O&M of Windows applications such as WSUS, Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync.
Experience with system tools, including SCCM, ACAS, SolarWinds, and BelManage.
Perform maintenance, repair and upgrade of hardware and printers; interfacing with support repair techs.
Research and order hardware/software to meet customer needs.
Experience in setup/configuration of network devices.
Provide superior customer service; possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in a dynamic customer centric environment.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years experience.
Security CE certification
Occasional travel
Working knowledge of the security hardening process as it relates to ICD 503 and DCID 6/3 for server and client operating systems.
COMSEC experience
Previous experience supporting the NRO is highly desired.
