The Senior HRIS Analyst is a position within the HRIS structure to support the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as other systems supported by the HRIS team. The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned areas to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:
Applies technical expertise to maintain and support the LMS and related policies and procedures designed to effectively and efficiently obtain, record, and process learner information.
Provides end-user LMS support in troubleshooting transaction issues, performing complex data entry transactions, and correcting transactions made in error.
Participates in complex projects and initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert for LMS to support innovative system solutions.
Combines Human Resource knowledge with LMS functionality expertise to identify, recommend and implement process improvements.
Partners with other stakeholders to define, test, and implement local HR system and vendor requirements.
Validates complex business requirements with proof-of-concept prototypes
Supports the research and implementation of quarterly Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) releases, including presenting recommended options to the business for approval
Supports user acceptance testing of new system functionality and changes made to existing functionality (e.g. new functionality, changes to interfaces, workflows and data loading tools)
May be called on to serve as a liaison between IT, internal customers and external vendors to implement and maintain system integrations, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Supports LMS reporting requests while adhering to data protection and privacy practices.
Consults with internal customers on standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements and identify data elements required
Supports data quality via data monitoring that may include developing and executing data quality reports and working with end users to correct data issues.
Supports in monitoring data quality trends to assist in identifying training and system enhancements to improve data quality.
Adheres to 21 CFR Part 11 and data privacy regulations, conducting audit compliance checks as required.
Trains other HRIS analysts and end-users in the use of LMS and related processes.
Maintains job aids, user guides, and related support materials.
Qualifications
Skills
: Ability to support technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with and prioritize workload with attention to detail
Flexible attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities, time zones, work assignments, and unforeseen events
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to help identify trends and resolve issues
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English
Client focused approach to work
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Exhibits a sense of urgency about solving problems and completing work
Culturally aware with ability to work with virtual/global teams and travel as needed
Knowledge and Experience:
1 years of experience supporting Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS platform
3 years of experience supporting any LMS platform
Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 Regulation preferred
Experience in PowerBI or equivalent reporting platforms
Experience in training reporting
Experience in defining and documenting user requirements
Experience in writing and executing test scripts
Education
: Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
