The SureSmile Senior Director of Strategic Marketing will join and lead a highly capable team composed of dedicated and passionate professionals. Working in strong alignment with the regions and cross functional partners, the leader and his/her team will accelerate the growth and impact one of the fastest growing business units by developing and delivering the global marketing strategy, lead global expansion, and develop and deploy internal training programs. The leader will direct all marketing activities including development, planning, and execution of the tactics to support marketplace growth and launching new products.
Recruit, develop and enable top marketing talent and foster a championship team culture
Serve as the lead responsible for top and bottom-line demand, and brand marketing expenditure
Develop an integrated commercial launch plan of new products with the goal of delivering annual double-digit, faster than market growth for the next 4 years
Establish annual Marketing & insights Plans for the portfolio and with a focus on innovation
Develop and execute market expansion strategies
Driving market research and analytics to gain insights, provide input to the development pipeline, resources and plan tactics, be the voice of the customer
Tracking, monitoring, and reporting monthly and quarterly performance, recommending corrections as needed
Collaborating with Business Development, Platform Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Market Research, RA/QA, Supply Chain, R&D, Digital Marketing and Regional commercial organizations in daily business and long-term strategic planning to meet business objectives
Continually assess competitive landscape and responding accordingly
Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A minimum of 10 years healthcare business experience: Sales, Upstream /Downstream Marketing, with a minimum of 6 years of proven Marketing experience/leadership
Must have a demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment
People management experience is required
Product Launch experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills accompanied by a strong business and product management background with a commercial mindset. Strong business acumen, with good analytical, financial skills is required
Previous Global experience is preferred. At the minimum candidate must have worked with/across multiple countries and be sensitive to different cultural nuances across countries
Experience leading a remote team and working across geographies and time zones is preferred
Nimble and focused leadership in a fast-paced environment, very hands on with a bias for action
Experience scaling startup businesses, projects preferred
– get things done on time, on budget with high quality. In the end execution in market is important. Starting and finishing projects/initiatives are key

– The successful candidate must have strong marketing, branding & communication expertise as well as a commercial mindset
