Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager – HR Communications to join our Corporate Communications Team. The Corporate Communications Team establishes authentic communications for a diverse audience to build and enhance corporate reputation and engagement. Through strategic communication counseling, state-of-the-art communication approaches and tools, the team supports the businesses to achieve Company goals and foster relationships to key target audiences such as employees, customers, media etc.
As a Senior Corporate Communications Manager responsible for HR Communications, this position will support the CHRO, HR leadership team and the global HR team on achieving their goals and contributing to the broader enterprise goals through strategic communication to engage employees in an authentic and compelling way. 
The role is crucial to drive the implementation of key strategic initiatives, such as the HR modernization project, the roll-out of HR Operation Centers and the implementation of global tools and services. It includes engaging with employees on HR strategies and programs in Total Rewards & Operations, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and HR services by developing communication strategies and concepts that generate understanding, drive adoption and implementation as well as overall employee engagement. 
As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will work with various functional areas using a broad range of channels to create awareness, cascade priorities and empower HR teams across the globe. 
This role requires communicating to different locations and groups of people around the world. Therefore, persuasive writing and excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interpret and tailor communications to different groups of people and cultures is essential.
The perfect candidate should have strong experience in communications and strategy, excellent writing skills, handling complex and sensitive information.
In addition to being a flexible communications all-rounder, we’re looking for someone who can juggle several assignments and can self-prioritize their workload to achieve deadlines. Previous experience in writing for a global audience is a priority, keen focus and exceptional attention to detail is a must!

Daily Responsibilities
Communications planning: manage communication plans, concepts, and programs with regards to HR priorities in support of broader organizational goals.
Stakeholder relationship management: partner closely with Senior Leaders and colleagues around the globe to drive implementation and adoption of key initiatives. 
Tactical execution: Drive execution of communication plan with a variety of integrated channels. Identify key metrics and a measurement plan to ensure effective and efficient communication. 
Key Skills & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Journalism, PR, English, business, communications, or related field.
A minimum of 6 years of broad-based in-depth experience in a global corporate communications role, extensive experience in employee/internal communications preferred with a focus on HR Communications. 
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior executives and others on communications issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven expertise in using different styles to reflect the nature of the stakeholder, audience, and message.
Proven track record of advising and partnering with all levels of management and employees.
Exercise sound judgment and critical thinking.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to keep projects moving in the face of change.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail oriented.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strong follow-through.
Ability to think strategically, be flexible and work with diverse groups in a virtual team environment
Knowledge of the latest developments and techniques in internal communications.
