Sales Specialist - Bulk Gas','22248','!*!Airgas USA, LLC is hiring an Bulk Gas Sales Specialist in Theodore, AL or anywhere in the West Area (Mobile, AL, Dothan, AL, Panama City, FL, Pensacola, FL or Tallahassee, FL)Airgas offers a full benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, Vacation, Sick, Paid Holidays, 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match, Tuition Assistance and much more! Discover an exciting Career with Airgas!  Airgas USA, LLC, an Air Liquide company, is the nation’s leading single-source supplier of gases, welding, and safety products.  Known locally nationwide, our distribution network serves more than one million customers of all sizes with a broad offering of top-quality products and unmatched expertise.  Airgas’ customer base includes but is not limited to: manufacturing, health care, construction, energy, hospitality, food service, and so on…What you will do:The Bulk Gas Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the sales process and driving profitable bulk gas sales and related equipment growth for the regional company to both existing and new Airgas customers. The main duties are to target bulk gas customers and to promote Airgas product offerings to customers and prospects; and the planning and implementation of bulk gas sales training to inside and outside sales associates, in compliance with all regulatory agencies and requirements including, but not limited to OSHA and FDA, and Airgas policies and procedures at the facility. Your responsibilities:Support the efforts of regional specialists and sales associates by coaching them as to how they can increase the sales of bulk gases for a regional company.Promote specific “niche” products to regional specialists, sales associates and end user customers.Provide input to the development of strategic bulk gas marketing plans for a regional company.  Reviews regional bulk gas sales goals and monitors progress monthly.Plan and implements bulk gas product training for regional company.Act as a technical resource for regional company sales personnel in the area of bulk gases.Identify and develop strategic alliances with group purchasing organizations in order to leverage Airgas’ distribution capability as required.Document and coordinate the distribution of competitive market activity to both management and other outside sales personnel.Review monthly bulk gas sales and gross profit by product and by territory within a regional company in order to monitor effectiveness of the sales and marketing efforts.Identify and coordinate participation at trade association meetings to promote Airgas.Provide input when requested to enhance and develop literature and sales presentation materials to support the sales effort.Maintain and improve selling skills, negotiation skills, and technical product knowledge.','!*!
What you will need:Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Management, Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and/or training and education required.5 years of sales experience.
