Parexel currently has excellent opportunities for Project Leaders / Senior Project Leaders (Project Managers) with a background in leading clinical trials (phase I – IV) in a variety of therapeutic areas. Working home based, you will provide leadership to project teams and manage the day to day operations of international clinical projects. You will strive to achieve operational excellence through on time delivery that is within budget and to the highest quality with the goal to exceed client expectations.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Project Manager within a CRO (more years of experience will be required at the Senior Project Leader level). Specific experience must include 2 years of project scheduling, managing resources and budgets and coordinating team activities, as well as experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions. You must hold an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health related field: advanced degree preferred.
