The Professional Relations and Education Manager will execute the overall education strategy in collaboration with marketing and platform partners.
Evaluate KOLs based on Dentsply Sirona strategic needs in order to drive the business forward
Exercise judgement in selection methods and recruitment of new KOLs
Engage and train KOLs based on initiatives and needs that support the goals and objectives of cross-functional partners
Collaborate with brand and platform partners to develop and execute an educational strategy
Provide assets for training KOLs and course development
Detailed business planning for KOLs across segments to deliver go-to market strategy across product groups
Provide KOL training materials for the US CCO in collaboration with the platform
Collaborate with Online Academy and Sr. Manger of DSO S&G to deliver world class education aligned with go-to market strategy
Develop education strategies in support of launch initiatives
Develop product training competencies
Assist in Joint business planning with relative key Associations
Execute educational Association/trade show strategy
Develop, manage and forecast appropriate budgeting
Position requires travel
Years and Type of Experience:
3 years of KOL management in related industry
Dental or related healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred
Teaching experience utilizing adult learning techniques preferred
Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:
Knowledge of clinical procedures and products used in dentistry
Experience and comfort working in a fast paced environment
Ability to interface with individuals at the top of their profession
Ability to be agile, understanding the point of view of others and strength in forecasting educational needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience with Salesforce and Cvent, preferred
Proven ability to exercise sound independent judgement
