Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to assess project needs and develop appropriate research to support their objectives.

Share findings in clear and compelling ways.
What you need to be successful
Innate curiosity and deep empathy for our customers.
Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions about user needs and behaviors.
Be extremely detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess a large toolkit of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and ability to come up with creative research solutions as needed.
Have a proven track record of impactful research that drives great insights and user experiences.
Be a great storyteller with keen abilities to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate your findings verbally and in writing.
Ability to synthesize and communicate ideas and research insights that influence and inspire change.
Experience in the planning and execution of high-quality user research studies.
Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Information Science, or in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.Bonus Points
