Key Accountabilities
• Working under the supervision of experienced LRM colleagues to handle routine tasks in legal nature
• Providing administrative support to the Asia LRM team members, such as Kofax, Concur systems and law firm invoices management
• Ensuring the efficiency of working flow and SOP in the LRM department
• Coordinating the Asia LRM team and the US/EMEA LRM teams
• Managing relationships and correspondence with third party service providers, such as law firms
• Maintaining relevant databases as requested
• Organizing and filing corporate documents, such as corporate BOD meeting minutes, licenses, and corporate stamps in a way that the LRM team is easier to trace and retrieve
• Excellent legal analyzing, drafting, and communication skills in English
• Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to work independently, with acute attention in detail and minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities to meet the needs of the LRM team in different countries
• Flexibility in respect to work assignments and new learning
• Proficiency with relevant software including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organizational skills and ability to liaise with senior management
• Minimum of a colleague degree or equivalent, major in English or Commerce, or Law
• An US or common law country master degree is a plus
Minimum Work Experience
• Minimum three years’ experience in related positions
• Experience in law firms or in house position is a plus
• Exposure to global operations or professional services or life science industry is a plus
