As an Optima Solutions Sales Consultant, you will have clear ownership and accountability for delivering growth, driving value creation and increasing sales of services by selling Optima solutions to our customers. We are crafting an organization to accelerate our growth through sales of indirect specialty chemicals, One PPG coatings, services and digital advanced problem solving solutions for OEM customers. By joining the Optima Solutions team, you will be part of a small and nimble group within a large organization that is empowered to think out of the box to drive revenue generation.
Develop a sales plan and pipeline to sell Optima Solutions across the US to drive new revenue generation.
Work with internal and external customers to identify and propose tailor made solutions across our Optima Solutions product range.
Develop and deliver customer focused sales proposals to offer value added solutions that justify price premiums.
Negotiate contracts and work cross functionally to implement deliverables of contracts.
8 years of experience in business with at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the automotive coatings industry.
HS Diploma required, with a Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related degree, preferred.
Expertise in use of Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven track record to drive the sales process from plan to close and develop customer-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Available to travel extensively (at least 80%).
