Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Description
Small Maryland home improvement company seeks operations manager/maintenance technician.
Job Duties:
Oversee job scheduling, materials acquisition, and equipment management,
Conduct inspections
Assist on maintenance projects as needed
Evaluate maintenance staff
Seek out and interview other maintenance technicians
Qualifications:
Experience in a wide variety of services including painting, handyman repairs, vacancy turnovers, and general building maintenance
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, climb ladders, walk properties, use power tools
Must have own transportation, preferably truck or van
Great customer service skills
Excellent command of English language
