Job Description
Brown Nimeroff LLC, a Philadelphia-area commerical litigation firm with offices in Haddonfield, NJ, Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE seeks a full time or part time commercial litigation associate.
General Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation, discovery and trial.
Qualifications:
3-5 years commercial litigation experience, with experience in commercial bankruptcy/creditors' rights a plus.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Deposition and courtroom experience.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Barred in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Delaware bar a plus.
Salary commesurate with experience
