The Invoicing Analyst is responsible for invoicing activities for the USCA Automotive locations. Specific activities include:
Responsible for accurately posting to the ledger for all manual invoices, invoice corrections and manual journals.
Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts.
Adhere to all internal controls and SOX compliance standards.
Participate in SOX and Year-end Audits
Provides accurate and timely financial analysis
Monthly financial close – completes closing checklists consisting of journal entries, charge outs, reviewing account balances
Promotes continuous improvement in the efficiency of transaction processing, the quality of financial reporting, and the value of financial information provided to Business Unit management.','!*!
Minimum Required Experience and Education
1 or more years of accounting related experience required
An associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting is highly desirable.
Must possess a fundamental understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), internal controls, and display strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills are also required
