The NIS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. Job Duties and Qualifications:
Current ISSA/TS level clearance and eligible for immediate crossover
Minimum of 5 years Instructional design, delivery, and instruction of courses. Use of adult learning principles to design and develop course content.
Demonstrated experience designing instructional programs for the sponsor community
Demonstrated experience working with SMEs to conduct needs analysis, develop training objectives and course outlines, design course content, develop instructor guidance and lessons plans and learning assessments
Demonstrated experience in conducting job gap analysis, and developing instructional solutions based on performance needs
Experience that reflects the candidates knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Bachelors degree in related field or appropriate experience, and/or:
Masters degree in Education, teaching, or organizational development
Professional certification in instructional design, learning, etc.
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, Ability to use MS Office, Ability to use PC, Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
