Informatics Sr. Specialist - Population Health Management Reporting','18003580','!*!Position Summary:This position will be responsible for understanding our internal and external clients’ needs from a population health management (PHM) perspective and develop reporting to satisfy those needs. The candidate filling this position must have advanced technical abilities in order to mine data from multiple disparate sources (including our clinical data warehouse) and transform that data into meaningful reports using Tableau, Excel, and other business information tools. The candidate will be responsible for scanning the outside environment for future trends and innovations and effectively incorporate them into our internally-built reporting. He or she should be adept at communication and expressing ideas orally and in writing, including formal presentations to diverse audiences. The candidate will also work with the IT warehouse team and related work groups to define processes, standards, and opportunities that will enable collaboration and sharing of knowledge and content. In partnership with organizational leaders, the candidate will assist in the development of meaningful metrics and will communicate with all levels of the organization to effectively drive compliance and standardization.Additionally this position is responsible for supporting, identifying and implementing solutions through an integrative approach that incorporates knowledge of current and future industry trends, highly collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, and laser focus on members and clients.
