Administers the companys comprehensive risk insurance program, including insurance certificates, bond requests, contractual liability, and renewal application process, ensuring that companys liability is low. Provides information for insurance certificates for landlord leases, contracts, proposals/bids, company activities and vendors. Evaluates and verifies data received from divisions, finance, and payroll for submission to insurance carriers on workers compensation wages, sales figures, freight, property values/locations, auto inventory, etc., for various types of insurance premium renewals (i.e., workers compensation, property, auto, general liability). Reviews and analyzes data for accuracy to ensure lowest possible insurance rates. Compiles financial information for applications submitted on Director/Officer Liability and other policies regarding shareholder information, pending litigation, director and officer information. Maintains loss prevention files, including insurance reports, hazardous material information, ergonomic information Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, finance or related field and two to four years experience including Risk management experience with a major property/liability insurance broker, agency or companyCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Governance Analyst to join our team in the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Governance Analyst will be the be responsible for supporting and/or drafting governance recommendations to federal agencies and internal project teams including business continuity, change management, risk mitigation, as well as, industry best practices related to cybersecurity and the implementation of cybersecurity solutions..

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing recommendations and suggestions to internal project teams and federal agencies of industry best practices related to cybersecurity policies and procedures, business continuity, change management, risk identification, and risk mitigation
Understanding how policies and procedures impact the development and implementation cybersecurity solutions
Understanding of governance and how governance best practices can be applied across large enterprises and federal agencies
Write, maintain and review of policies that comply with Federal agency requirements within the scope of the CDM solution
Review policy, memos, and other Agency directives to identify potential impacts to cyber implementations, and make recommendations for implementation or policy changes
Support the development of policy white papers and briefings to keep Management, customers, and colleagues abreast of relevant, emerging policies and guidance
Draft correspondence on subjects like Cyber Security guidance, strategic information Technology plan updates amongst others
Build and maintain direct relationships across ManTechs project teams supporting CDM and Agency POCs

Position Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience managing, developing, and implementing enterprise IT and cyber security policies and governance activities on IT implementations across Federal customers
Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity industry and government programs, policies, and strategies
Experience balancing the demands of multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously
Exceptional customer focus and bias for action
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environments
