Full Time Bookkeeper
Job Title: Full Time Bookkeeper
Reports To: CEO
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Work closely with CFO to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable, budget and manage invoices and tax payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.
Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.
Pay debts as they come due for payment, including necessary bills as well as supplier and vendor invoices.
Assist CFO in budget development (for both the organization and the individual CEO) and process implementation.
Maintain monthly and annual budget and charts of accounts.
Process business transactions.
Fact-check invoices for payment and processing.
Make deposits and record all cash receipts.
Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.
Provide administrative support to management when required.
Analyze financial records and transfer information.
10-15 years accounting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with an emphasis in Accounting or related field preferred.
Experience with accounting software.
Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
Excellent time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
