As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. The Director, Client Services, is responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship from fostering the relationship to advocating client business needs. The Director leads the strategic development of the client relationship; addressing business requirements and goals. The Director oversees the business processes and the account management teams that support the products and services used by our clients. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive business results while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. Strong communication, team leadership, business intelligence, financial analysis, project delivery, and operational effectiveness/efficiency skills will all contribute to successful leadership in this role.
Management of all aspects of business consulting and the client relationship.
Oversee the business processes that support the products and services used by our clients across the organization.
Collaboration to drive high quality, on-time business results with internal partners including but not limited to Implementation, Pharmacy Networks, Benefits, Eligibility, IT, Training, Clinical Operations and Product Development.
Ensures that the customer is satisfied with projects, products and services and works with client to qualify new opportunities.
Achieve revenue targets tied to product upsell for existing clients.
Ensure schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements.
Staff leadership and development responsibility for a team of 20 associates. Provide direction to the team ensuring that client benefits are set up accurately and that pharmacy claims are processed and paid according to the contract.
Ability to lead and motivate teams. Drive employee engagement to ensure talent bench creates a strong succession plan.
Create a culture of continuous improvement; meet/exceed goals related to client satisfaction, client retention and service performance guarantees.
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience, or 10 years equivalent work-related experience in a client services or client support role within the PBM industry, with 5 years supervisory/management experience
Previous experience with medical and pharmacy claims processing
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
