Digital Content Strategy Manager
Guide content creators across the organization to create scalable, digitally optimized and customer focused content to be deployed on digital marketing channels globally
Serve as single-point of contact for product segments (Dental Product Groups) in terms of content creation for digital channels, such as e-Mail marketing, paid digital media, Social Media channels, SEO, video platforms, etc.
Serve as strategic omni-channel guide for content creators and creative agencies; engage and train content creators; develop and increase digital maturity within our organization
Map content on customer journey and identify gaps, developing plans to fill them
Make content actionable and measurable
Measure and report effectiveness of content experiences based on a digital content scorecard, driving optimization across the entire marketing funnel
Drive new content initiatives and strategies that align to the digital customer profile of our brand portfolio
Work with internal analysts to monitor the performance of global content marketing programs
Work with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Communications and Clinical Affairs to translate global initiatives into world-class digital content
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
At least 5 years of experience driving omni-channel digital marketing programs preferably within a B2B environment
Strong project management skills; excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams
Familiarity with insource/outsource models and agency management practices
Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategy development
Ability to collaborate and influence decisions at every level of the organization
Fluent english; one additional european language a plus
